Looking for Old Vehicles Alongside the UTTR

This weekend I'm going to pack up the family and head out to a few abandoned sites out in the west desert.

There's been some big thuds coming from the USAF's UTTR range this week. We hope to stay out of the restricted area but we should be able to look down from the Newfoundland Range to see whats going on.

I'll get some good abandoned vehicle pics and post next week. Anyone have some suggestions or experiences to pass along from visiting this area?
